This is due to a variety of choices that are available to us.
Designer Wedding Cards for the Indian wedding

These days a phantasmagoria of beautifully crafted cards in rare tones, textures and styles are available in shops. The cards come with ornate designs of gold embossed on them. In the past few years, designer wedding cards have become extremely popular.
Wedding card designers are now upping the ante by introducing customization of cards according to the theme and color code of the wedding. An assortment of quirky cards with eccentric out-of-the-box designs seems to have carved a niche in the market. Youngsters seem to like these cards as it is an expression of individuality and innate eccentricities. Of course the need for conventional wedding cards always seems to be buoyant and hence designers have improved upon conventional designs too.
As stated earlier, wedding cards no longer stick to crimson and gold tints. There exists a variety of cards in mint greens, forest greens, royal blues, periwinkle blues and even oxblood with gold embellishments. Even a combination of blacks with gold embellishments contrasted against vibrant orange or neon greens seem to be in the market. There seems to be no limit to styles one can choose from. In fact choosing wedding cards has become a daunting task as people are spoilt for choice with the variety of cards available.
