Ingredients Required to make Paneer Cheese Tomato Sandwich
- Paneer (Grated) - ½ Cup
- Tomatoes (Finely Chopped) - ¼ Cup
- Green Chutney - 4 Tbsp
- Bread Slices (Whole Wheat) - 4 (Can choose any other bread too)
- Salt - As per Taste
- Butter - 2 Tsp
The Process to make Paneer-Tomato Sandwich
1) In a bowl, add Grated Paneer, chopped tomatoes and salt. Mix them well.
2) Make 2 equal portions of filling and then keep them aside.
3) Take one bread slice and apply butter with a spoon of green chutney and let it aside.
4) Place that prepared bread slice on the dry flat surface, keeping butter and green chutney side facing towards upwards.
5) Then put a portion of filling on the same bread slice and spread evenly.
6) Take another bread slice and apply bread and green chutney and then place it on the prepared sandwich keeping the butter-green chutney side towards the downside.
7) Repeat the same steps to make another sandwich.
8) Your Paneer Tomato Sandwich with green chutney is ready. Serve Immediately with tamarind chutney or ketchup.
