Potato Pancake: The Relishing Desire
One of the easiest things that you can prepare with potatoes is a pancake. Kids love to gorge on interesting food and Potato Pancake is something they would surely relish. Generally eaten in breakfasts, you can also eat this dish as a snack. Enjoy the recipe with your dear ones on holidays. Impress them with your culinary skills.
How to prepare Potato Pancake:
Step 1) Grate the potato in a vessel, pour water & leave it for five mins. Drain & squeeze the water from the potato well.
Step 2) Crack the eggs in a vessel, have green chili, red chili powder, mixed herb & black pepper.
Step 3) Have onions & grated potato into the similar vessel, whisk the mix finely.
Step 4) Heat slight oil in a frying vessel & allow it to heat finely.
Step 5) Lower the flame to low-moderate. Place one tbsp of the mix in the pan, spread/flatten it straight.
Step 6) Cook it for one minute on a low-medium flame, flip it thoroughly. Cook it for around three mins. over low-medium flame.
Step 7) Cook it from each side until it becomes golden brown. When it turns golden brown from every side, bring it out on the kitchen towel.
Step 8) Repeat the procedure to make potato pancake from the rest mix. Potato pancake is made, serve it with schezwan chutney, green chutney or tomato ketchup.
